Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Application Analyst - Senior to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY, IN, or IL.

Provides highly responsive second and third-tier support to end users within the hospital, physician practices, and other related healthcare facilities within the market. Operates as an escalation point and resource for other IT team members. Support scope includes but is not limited to computer hardware and related equipment, general software and application installation and support, and some clinical application and hardware support. Analyzes user needs, documents solution requirements, and revises or develops processes or procedures as necessary. Coordinates with other Baptist Health IT infrastructure and application teams to deploy and support healthcare applications to ensure system availability, and ultimately support patient care.

Under limited direction, formulate/define project scope and objectives based on application specifications and user defined needs. May lead or participate in the implementation of both local and system-wide IT project initiatives of all scopes and sizes with hospital implications. May have duties which include instructing, directing, and checking the work of other support analyst personnel and project team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree and four years related experience, or two years direct experience.

• Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required.
