El Dorado Community Health Centers, a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) offering Primary Care Services with locations in Placerville and Cameron Park, is seeking a full-time EHR/Clinical Applications Specialist for their Cameron Park location. As a non-profit community health center EDCHC provides Medical, Dental, Optical, Pharmacy, Behavioral Health and SUD Treatment Services to underserved populations. Location assignment for this position can be subject to change per need of the center.

This position maintains and provides technical support and training for clinical applications, including the electronic health record (EHR) and EHR-related packages. The EHR/Clinical Applications Specialist assists in planning, implementing, and maintaining clinical applications, ensuring they are maximally functional and secure.

This position serves as a key resource for troubleshooting and resolving end-user support requests and assists in standardization, integration and optimization of clinical applications used by El Dorado Community Health Centers. The EHR/Clinical Applications Specialist also assists with and generates reports utilizing eClinicalWorks, BridgeIT.

Experience:

• 2+ years with EHR system eClinical Works experience is preferred
• Familiarity with reporting software systems
• Familiarity with the health care field and knowledge of clinical quality measures and reporting preferred
• Solid understanding of technology and business analysis
• Certification in eClinicalWorks is preferred

Education:

High School diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
