Appointment Setter - Phone Sales Experience Preferred

Park Hill Fine Art Portraits has specialized in creating heirloom quality portraiture in Fort Worth for over 12 years. The studio is seeking target-driven booking specialists to join our energetic team at our Fort Worth studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience start to finish. We are hiring full time and part time positions. Highest performers will be offered full time hours after a probationary period. Full time employees received paid time off, holidays, vision, dental, and paid medical insurance.

Our engaging, high energy booking specialists are the voice of our luxury brand, providing an incredible first impression that focuses on building relationships with our clients and their families over the phone.

Your role at Park Hill:

• Outbound calls to potential clients (no cold calling) from script
• Convey our brand and build rapport by scheduling appointments using our industry specific software
• Meet daily and weekly specific targets for calls and bookings
• Be an incredible team player with an energetic, positive attitude

Training provided. Work within a supportive and friendly environment, with a strong focus on staff development and FUN, you will LOVE building relationships with potential clients who ADORE their families!

What makes you the right fit:

• MUST have an upbeat, positive attitude
• MUST have STELLAR communication skills - both verbal and written
• Experience in phone sales or appointment setting is preferred
