We are looking for an emerging professional on the path to licensure with 1-3 years experience in healthcare environments to work under our project managers and project architects and report to the CAD manager. CAD and/or BIM experience required.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with Savely Healthcare Architects’ project managers and project architects to produce documents and deliverables as stipulated in the owner-architect agreement.

· Participate in the development of architectural documents through all phases of the project, including SD, DD, CD, Agency, Bid + Negotiation, and Construction Administration.

· Participate in fieldwork, drawing coordination, consultant interface/coordination, and agency interaction.

· When required, work with SHA staff in the development of 3D architectural graphics using computer software such as Sketch Up and Illustrator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
