The Highland River Group Ashley Furniture is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate to join our team in our Bellefontaine, OH store.

The person hired for this full-time warehouse position will work at our Ashley HomeStore at 2400 US Rt 68 South, Bellefontaine, OH 43311.

Warehouse Associates are critical members of our extended team assisting our store, sales, customer service and warehouse teams with all tasks necessary to deliver our quality furniture and bedding to customers. As part of our team, you will be involved in the unloading, assembling, staging, and loading furniture / mattresses as well as assisting Delivery Team on deliveries, as needed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble and prepare furniture for delivery and pick-up
• Unloading and loading furniture
• Move furniture as needed to organize the warehouse and staging for store
• Enjoy working independently and as a team
• Assist Delivery Team on deliveries, as needed

Requirements for Success:

• Able to have fun
• Have a valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Be able to lift, bend, stoop, reach, stand and walk frequently
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work independently – without constantly being managed
• Enjoy working with people
