Raymond Building Supply, a Division of USLBM is seeking Full Time Door Shop Assembler Associates to join our Lakeland, FL location.

Wage: $16-19 per hour based on experience

Essential Job Duties:

• Perform various millwork assembly functions
• Build units according to specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards
• Breakdown of production list
• Pull parts for ticket production, pick list and customer orders
• Utilize various tools
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Observe and adhere to all safety rules

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Min. Education Required: High School or GED
• Entry-Level position requiring background in physical labor type work
• Use and read tape measure and framing square correctly.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Physical demands include exposure to extreme temperatures, lift up to 100 lbs. or more on a repetitive basis. Also perform duties that require constant movement, squatting, and twisting. Overtime work could be involved.
