Assistant Account Executive, DE&I/ESG

Candidates must have experience executing day-to-day deliverables in Diversity Equity and Inclusion + Environmental, Social, and Governance with a growing track record of success in earned media relations, social/influencer research and programs, and the ability to develop compelling client narratives and written materials. This position will work to achieve quality standards for print, broadcast, online media placements, and maintain and build a network of contacts
The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and energy, an appetite to learn and be challenged, and a foundation of experience in writing, organization, team collaboration and media relations. This is an opportunity serve as a true extension of the client team and be part of a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary group.
We’re looking to find someone who wants to roll their sleeves up and help grow a key part of the business.
What you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in PR, Influencer, Digital, Content or Brand Marketing
- General understanding of DE&I/ESG best practices
- Experience managing programs from start to finish
- Social media savvy with an understanding of the importance of owned channels as part of an integrated DE&I/ESG program/initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects with quality and efficiency
- Superior writing skills
- Organized, detail oriented, problem solver, energetic
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
