Job description

Looking for a 2-3 day a week Baker. Duties would include mixing, kneading, rolling out dough & baking bagels. Prepping the bakery for next shift, preparing batters and other quick breads, light food prep for the kitchen crew, cleaning and organizing, and filling in from time to time as lead baker. This job would start at 2 days a week and would go in to 3 times weekly as the season gets busier and would include baking independently most days. We bake everything from scratch and don't use mixers. There is a lot of room for growth with in this position and may morph as our business does. Must be able to work independently on weekend nights and some early mornings from time to time. Our ideal candidate should have some professional knowledge of food and baking techniques. Must be extremely responsible and organized. We can teach you the rest. This is a unique and fun job!

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
