• Successful operations and management experience in entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, retail or related fields preferred
• Flexible Schedule, including days, nights, weekends
• Proven experience with cash control
• Fun guest experience mentality
• Experience in Human Resources

You are able to communicate professionaly and respectfully with customers

21 years of age or older

3 years management experience

2 years social media experience

Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a friendly, guest-oriented location for leisure and recreational fun.

Ensure all staff maintain a friendly attitude

Plan and organize skating session operations with staff to ensure an organized skating session

Train and Supervise all staff

Identify enhancements / recommendations and make positive contributions

Answer guest inquiries providing accurate up to date information

Be present and visit all areas of the rink and take necessary action to address any issues

Manage staff opening and closing duties of each session

Respond to injuries or accidents (ie. Call ambulance/police/ems if necessary, complete proper paper work and communicate with General manager when applicable

Work with social media manager to ensures up to date information is created/posted

Requires a flexible schedule

Requires background check

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
