The Sandwich Spot is a premium sandwich restaurant with 40 locations across the West Coast. We serve high-quality meats and cheeses that we slice fresh daily, handcrafted breads that we finish baking in-house, and proprietary sauces that we make from scratch. We specialize in customizing sandwiches with high-quality ingredients and exceptional customer service. As an assistant manager at The Sandwich Spot you will oversee the staff and all daily tasks, train employees, handle customer service and catering, assist with taking care of inventory and scheduling, and make sure all of the functions of the restaurant are running smoothly. We are looking for someone is a positive and responsible leader who understands the importance of being a loyal team player and leading by example. Open availability is required, as this is a full-time position and commitment. This position has growth potential and unlimited bonus potential.

Pay: $16.50 - $21.50 per hour
