OCR Roofing is seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media advertising, paid search, content creation, photography, and graphic design skills. This individual will assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and other online platforms
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing digital assets for campaigns, including display ads, social media posts, and website content, as directed
• Assist with event planning for company participation in local events
• Monitor website and measure web traffic and monitor SEO
• Create and help manage company image in a way to achieve marketing goals
• Manage web traffic and social media engagement
• Knowledge of web design and maintaining website
• Collaborate with Marketing Specialist to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business goals and brand messaging
• Assist in answering phones and taking customer information to input for sales leads
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and bring innovative ideas to the team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media advertising and paid search
• Experience with content creation, photography, and graphic design
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with accuracy and attention to detail and deadlines.

· Proficient in the use of work-related computer and mobile phone programs, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva pro, Video editor, SM, emails, text, and applications such as word, excel, and database application. Knowledge of Acculynx, a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
