Job description
Nelson Marine Construction seeks assistant project/construction manager.
Responsibilities include assisting with:
- Communicating with staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Overseeing schedules and subcontractors.
- Working with superintendent to coordinate preparation, drawings, specifications, and materials.
- Overseeing inspections, punch lists and quality control.
Required skills include:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of construction concepts, practices and procedures.
- Good communication and customer relation skills.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Valid drivers license.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
