We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Administrative Assistant/Recruiter for our location in Tupelo, MS
Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour Weekly Pay
Hours: Monday - Friday, day shift with a possible weekend as needed and some over time as needed

The Administrative Assistant assists the Site Leader with administrative duties such as recruiting, safety training and creating janitorial assignments.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, hiring and onboarding
- Assisting in orientation of new employees
- Assisting manager with payroll
- Scheduling
- Typing up memos
- Assist in plant safety inspections
- Other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of previous recruiting experience
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload.
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required
