Job description
Fitness Premier Minooka is hiring a passionate and highly motivated Assistant Sales Manager to be part of our team! This position is 25-40 hours per week plus commission on all service sales. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Personal Training Certified/or willing to get certified.
- Sales Experience
- Willing to teach small group classes.
- Open Availability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Team-Work
- Proactively manages and ensures resolution of member concerns and complaints
- Assists management to drive monthly and yearly financial performance of the club
- Commits themselves to delivering excellent member service
- Oversees and ensures cleanliness of the club and equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
