Job description

Support the Store Manager in daily operations of Grocery store,hot deli and, Boba tea stand. Responsible for upholding standards in food quality/safety, customer experience, and staff development .

Requires availability during all store operation hrs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grocery store experience desired but not required
• must be 21 years of age
• Previous supervisor/management experience
• Food safety knowledge is a preferred
• Strong customer service aptitude desired
• Flexible scheduling with weekends availability
• Able to work independently, as well as with teamwork
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for long stretches of time
• Willing to learn about products, product handling, and customer service skills
• Willing to be cross trained in various departments.
• Food Handlers permit required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Training:

• On-the-job paid training is provided
