Assistant Store Manager
Job description
Lead customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging order pick up and incoming/outgoing shipments. Ensure effective stockroom organization and supplies to maximize efficiency, safety and productivity to support sales floor replenishment and Omni fulfillment. Perform regular audits and daily reconciliations and establish daily disciplines to eliminate shrink. Champion all safety best practices. Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity in accordance with our People-First Philosophy.

Pay: $45,760.00 - $52,000.00 per year
