Fore Property Company a privately held and growing multi-family developer and builder is seeking Assistant Superintendent for the Las Vegas, NV market.

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for the supervision, organization, planning and scheduling of their assigned duties. Responsible for directing the contractors and subcontractors. Monitoring the quality of work performed on the project and maintaining a safe project. Monitor project costs and take necessary action to minimize expenses and maximize profits while maintaining quality.

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3-years’ experience as an Assistant Superintendent in Garden Style construction for multi-family projects.
• Must have knowledge in vertical construction including wood framing, drywall and finishes.
• Must have experience in unit finishes, punch out and management turn overs.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong abilities with Excel and MS Project or other similar project management software.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
