We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient centric, GENERAL DENTIST, who is focused on providing patients with the most advanced comprehensive dental care available. Associate will be replacing an outgoing associate who is moving out of state with her family, so will be taking over a full existing schedule 3-4 days/week. We are NOT a corporate office, and no evening or weekend hours. We are a very established private practice in Port Orchard, WA around for over 30 years, with over 4000 active patients and an average of 100 new patients per month. Recall schedule is booked 6 months out. Restorative and cosmetic dentistry with a lot of crown and bridge, composite fillings, esthetic cases, implant restorations (and equipment to place implants if desired), occasional extractions and some removable. Incoming dentist can expect to have 100% clinical autonomy, 401k plan, health insurance, among other benefits. Perfect fit for someone who wants to practice ideal dentistry and do well financially, without the responsibilities of ownership.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
