Your Role and Responsibilities

• Establishes strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of Kyndryl used in the delivery of complex services
• Supports and leads billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities
• Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed
• Advise on ITIL (Infrastructure Library) Foundation
• Apply Cost Optimization to Increase Profitability
• Apply Enterprise Resource Planning Principles
• Apply Knowledge of Bus Proc Outsourcing/Transformation
• Develop Business Process Mgmt & Governance Model
• Develop Offerings / Solution Strategy from Opp Assmt
• Implement Process Maturity Discipline
• Manage Competitive Threat Analysis & Response
  

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $123,740.00 to $247,480.00 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.
