Olympic Investment Group is looking for a licensed Junior Advisor to join the team. Responsible for providing exceptional service to clients in the area of financial planning, investment management, and a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced financial planning office. Responsibilities in this role include, developing strong client relationships, operational administrative processing related to the financial service industry, proficient product knowledge, providing professional friendly support to clients. The ideal candidate for this role is reliable, resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and strong attention to detail, and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for all aspects of servicing and relationship management, including conducting client meetings, monitoring clients financial strategies, and all aspects of administrative support.
• Scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
• Review client portfolios and makes recommendations.
• Uses CRM to document and manage action items.
• Participates in marketing, compliance, and practice management responsibilities.
• Develops strategic relationships with clients and in the community.
• Facilitates prospects through an existing sales process.
• Collaborates with team members on best practices; both client facing and internal.
• Deliver world class support and service.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or equivalent related experience and/or training. Series 7, 63, 65 and/or 66 are required. Advanced understanding of the stock market, investments and retirement plans and working knowledge of fixed income products, equities, mutual funds, ETFs, insurance, annuities and applicable compliance rules and regulations.
