Responsible for supporting Sandoz’ biosimilars by preparing, reviewing, and submitting high quality and compliant regulatory submissions to the FDA, maintain regulatory compliance and comply with Sandoz internal policies and procedures
Your Responsibilities include, but are not limmited to:
- Compiles and reviews BLA Supplements, Annual Reports, etc. for FDA submissions
- Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements for biosimilar drugs for the US market
- Responsible to create, maintain, and review labeling documents
- Work collaboratively to implement label changes, e.g., with manufacturing, for external web site, pharmacovigilance, marketing, legal, supply chain and FDA
- Evaluates changes to regulatory documents via the change control process and formulates strategies to maintain submission goals.
- Attention to detail, interacts effectively with functional business units to obtain documentation required for submissions
- Represents organization in global and local initiatives; engages with cross-functional teams and manages projects Influence without authority.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills; listens to audience and tailors messaging appropriately. Builds and leverages network to proactively address challenges and champion improvements.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific related field plus a minimum of 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry with 5 of those years in regulatory affairs.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with the ability to manager ambiguity
- Excellent problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $88,000 and $132,000/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
