Manage deliverables throughout the implementation project, including milestones and project schedule. Provides feedback to the team, customer, and if applicable, corporate stakeholder when it is observed project milestones or schedule are at risk. Ensure project is aligned with the goals and timelines of initiatives as defined in scope of work and schedule. Communicate status to customer stakeholders and internal management. Ensure consistency and best practices are utilized in conjunction with adhering to customer standards.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous project management or related experience desired.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are Colorado-specific.
Colorado Pay Range: from $24.04 to $45.19 per hour from $50,000 to $94,000 per annum eliglble for equity.

Description:
As an Associate Project Manager (PMO), you will work within our Consulting function as a member of the Oracle GBU Business Services Portfolio team supporting our Lines of Business (LOB) in their project delivery, specifically providing ‘technical’ Project Management support to our Consulting Project Managers (PMs), managing their project status and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling them to focus on our customers and leading their teams. The PMO function exists to support our project delivery and Project Managers.
To get you ready for this role, you will complete a multi-week On-Boarding Program focused on honing your consulting skills, PM technical knowledge, and supporting your understanding of software implementation projects. Upon completion of the program, you will join the GBU Business Services Portfolio team, to undertake PM support services as part of our ‘shared services’ support hub.
The Associate Project Manager (PMO) role is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, ability to quickly master business process knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and follow-through of the PM responsibilities on the delivery of a technical project. You will be provided the tools, training, coaching, and resources to help you be successful. You will gain valuable experience in technical PM skills in consulting projects at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, including SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) deployments.
