Position Summary:

This is a support role within the Supply Chain Function of PECO Pallet. The role has responsibility for communicating and deploying the Inventory and Production Planning business process.

This role serves as process support for the production and inventory of monthly SOIP processes. Working with several different functional areas of PECO, the role requires a combination of Supply Chain and Production Planning skills combined with an ability to work in a constructive and collaborative way with multiple functional areas within PECO.

The preferred candidate for the role is a business-oriented Supply Chain Professional with past planning responsibilities in Supply Chain Planning roles. In addition, the individual should have an entrepreneurial mindset to the way they carry out their position responsibilities.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and make judgments about Inventory and Production Values.
• Demonstrate proficiency at designing software configurations to support business processes.
• Ability to inspire colleagues within the Supply Chain and other areas of PECO related to the growing maturity of the supply chain practices.
• Ability to be conversive and show experience and expertise in common Inventory/Production/Supply Chain Planning terms.
• Needs to be able to support the development of Strategic Changes (working with SC Strategy & Analytics area) while also maintaining a primary focus on the day-to-day

tactical duties within the running of PECO’s Supply Chain.

Ability to conduct daily inventory and production calls in a collaborative and cross-functional manner

• Works directly with the Demand Planning function to create an optimized executable plan

Qualifications:

• BA/BS w/major in Supply Chain or Operations
• CSCP/CPIM/CPM desired
• 1+ years of Supply Chain Experience

Environment/Physical Demands:

Typical office environment

• Need to participate in conference calls off hours and occasionally weekends (role interacts with individuals from multiple time zones)
• Ability to effectively operate typical office equipment (copiers/projectors/etc)

Travel:

• Up to 15%
• Travel can vary within given parts of the year based on project activities and business needs.
• Travel via plane and car is required.
