Looking for Athletics Attendants at one or more of our multiple athletics sites. Multiple work shifts available. Hours may vary depending on league play and program changes. Tell us what you're interested in!
Sports Attendant: Sat 8:30-12pm or 12:15-5:30pm, Sun 11-4:30pm, Mon-Fri 9am-11am or 4-6pm, Mon 10:30am-1pm or 5:30-9pm, Tues 10:30am-1pm or 6-9:30pm, Thurs 10:30am-1pm
Duties & Responsibilities

• Enforces rules and game play at an assigned facility, assist with league questions or concerns from patrons; keep supervisor informed of any issues.
• Completes athletic facility or gym set-ups and break downs.
• Performs site walkarounds to ensure cleanliness, and for safely concerns such as spills, broken items and inappropriate behavior; provide follow-up and clean-up as needed.
• Fill out accident report, monitor attendance roster, or there forms as needed.
• Must arrive before program start for set-up and to prepare for program participant arrival.
• Must greet the public or team prior to any game, practice, or open play situation; act in a positive manner with all program participants.
• Diligently follows and adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
• May operate equipment (i.e. clocks/timers) or distribute/collect equipment.

Work Conditions
Work is performed in indoor and outdoor settings. Work may be performed outdoors with exposure to warm and/or cool temperatures and/or icy conditions for short or long periods of time. Position may be exposed to high noise level, fumes, dust or odors (such as paint), uneven ground or varying heights (work on roof, use of a ladder). Works near or operates heavy machinery and/or equipment with vibrations and/or moving mechanical parts.
Must be 16 years of age or older. Demonstrated customer service experience or focus. Communicate effectively with patrons.. Work independently and efficiently. CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within one (1) month of hire. Ability to operate registration software as needed. Required to sit, stand, walk, bend, talk and hear; use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities are required and include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
