We seek workplace revolutionaries! We are hiring technical Atlassian consultants for our professional services team. Gurnet consultants are experts in Digital Strategy Development, Management, and Execution.

Responsibilities:

As an Atlassian consultant, you develop functional and technical solutions that fit our customers’ needs. You collect requirements from the customer and translate this into a suitable solution. When you have devised the solution, you implement and configure these tools in the customer's environment. Where necessary, you first carry out technical assessments/audits.

The projects vary from short-term to medium-sized (up to 3 months), with the consultant serving multiple clients. During the projects you are the point of contact, you ensure the correct supervision and completion of the projects. Experience with different project management methodologies will help you with this. You find customer intimacy just as important as we do, so you communicate with the customer about the project status, successes, risks, and any obstacles and give advice where necessary. Depending on the size of the project, you can work independently or with team members (internal and external).

As a consultant, you share knowledge through coaching and training to clients and colleagues. (from beginner to expert level).

We are always looking for candidates with different professional backgrounds and levels of experience. Each consultant has at least communication skills, technical skills, and project management experience.

Our preference is for candidates with at least:

• Several years of experience in one of the following domains: Agile coaching, DevOps, business/process analysis, or software development.
• Several years of experience (as admin) with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Jira service desk, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo, Jira align)
• Knowledge & experience with one of the following methodologies: Agile, DevOps, Safe, COBIT

Nice to have:

• Experience as a consultant
• Certifications in the field of the Atlassian stack
• Experience with several of the 4500+ addons
• Experience with bash, scripting, and log files
