Audio/Visual + IT Coordinator Job Profile

Sunday Morning In-Person & Live Stream Worship

• Create visually-appealing presentations, including creating and editing images, slides & videos
• Prepare soundboard
• Edit worship scripts/outlines
• Arrange stage set-up
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws
• Recruit, train, & schedule volunteers
• Communicate with worship leaders about equipment & slides as needed
• Ensure that all A/V-related systems run smoothly during worship
• Troubleshoot technological issues as they arise (soundboard, computers, cameras, internet, TVs, and other devices)

Funerals, Weddings

• Correspond with pastor, family and funeral home or wedding planners
• Create & edit visually appealing presentations
• Import videos & music
• Arrange stage set-up
• Recruit and train volunteers in event of absence

Other

• Ensure that the church internet is configured properly and running smoothly
• Train & assist leaders with A/V connections in classrooms & fellowship hall
• Ensure all devices in classrooms, offices, foyer & fellowship hall stay up-to-date
• Troubleshoot technological issues as they arise
• Oversee the Audio/Visual budget

Preferred Skills & Education

• Competent in computer/internet network systems
• Graphic design
• Knowledgeable with sound board technology
• Lighting design

Present at the church on Sunday's from 7 a.m. to Noonish. The rest of the regular 20 hour week worked from home on your schedule.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14,999.00 - $15,000.00 per year
