MSS Solutions is looking for a talented Building Automation Technician to join our team in Charlotte, Raleigh or Asheville, NC. We need someone who is passionate about creating smarter buildings and has a strong understanding of HVAC and building automation systems. As part of our team, you will install, program, and commission building automation systems using Niagara Tridium N4 software. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and fellow technicians to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and commission building automation systems using Niagara Tridium N4 software.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other technicians to ensure project success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building automation systems.
• Participate in system design and programming efforts.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Engage in training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Niagara Tridium N4 Certification preferred.
• Experience in building automation system installation, programming, and commissioning preferred
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building automation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with other building automation systems and protocols like BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks is a plus.
