Arlington Toyota is seeking an outstanding BDC Manager to insure the future growth of our dealership. You must have thorough knowledge of Automotive Dealership's processes and have the ability to build and train a winning team.
We are one of the largest automotive dealerships in Florida with a tremendous opportunity for an outstanding proven candidate in this field. We are hiring immediately for this position.
A successful candidate should have excellent skills managing the BDC activities and staff with 5,000 or more incoming opportunities monthly, If you are excellent in daily training with employees and a leader in personal interaction with customers, we need to discuss this opportunity NOW!!!!
Knowledge of VinSolutions and/or Bilingual is desired but not required.
