Bettenhausen Automotive of Tinley Park, IL is looking for a part time Automotive Biller to join our team!

Our billers do more than just billing, they are a crucial member of our team and work directly with our sales department to print & process paperwork for all sales. This is a great opportunity for: experienced billers to gain more responsibility, college students, and some one with evening & weekend availability.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Billing retail deals, dealer trades and wholesales including all related accounting duties
• Responsible for accuracy of all documents and ensuring all parts have been completed (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
• Assemble, review, and submit funding packages per lender requirements
• Report vehicle sales to manufacturer; verify and submit manufacturer rebates; post and reconcile rebate and service contract statements and schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information, dealership policies and procedures, privacy, and compliance laws
• Process trade-in, pay-off checks in a timely manner
• Receipt monies received as needed
• Assist with office accounting as needed

Requirements:

• Accounting knowledge – Accounting majors are encouraged to apply!
• Automotive experience a plus
• Must work evenings and Saturdays – Always off on Sundays!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Fast learner; flexible; detail oriented; ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal

Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a PLUS!
