This Automotive Technician position is posted on behalf of our client, Bosak Auto Group.
Bosak Auto Group is a family owned dealership group serving our customers in Merrillville, IN and surrounding communities. We are looking for experienced GM technicians to join our team at our Bosak Chevrolet, Buick, GMC location in Michigan City, IN
Responsibilities
We focus on Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC we also service a variety of makes and models. Repairs for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Preventative maintenance
- Diagnostics
- Limited heavy lines
- Tune-ups
- Brakes
- Heat/AC
- Suspensions
- Warranty work
- Electrical
Qualifications
We have openings for all levels of Automotive Technicians from Lube Technician to Master Technicians. All levels of technicians are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates for the Automotive Technician position will have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician
- GM experience and certifications preferred
- ASE/Manufacturer certifications preferred
- Diagnostic ability
- Ability to be a self starter
- Troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to quality
- Team player
- Good communicator
- Valid driver’s license
