We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Car Biller to join our dealership’s sales team. You must be able to work at a fast pace, multi-task, and be a dependable team player. The ideal candidate will be energetic and professional, with a strong desire to succeed.
General Accounting experience preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Finalize sold car deals in computer system
- Receipt vehicle down payments
- Reconcile bank deposits and process online banking
- Process warranty cancellation checks for customers
- Reconcile schedules
- Document scanning
- Misc. filing
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- General accounting experience preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills necessary
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Must maintain a professional appearance, and reliable attendance
- Team player with positive attitude
- Verifiable references required
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
SCHEDULED HOURS:
- Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00
- Every 5th Saturday from 8:30-5:00
