About The Job

Alon’s Bakery & Market is an esteemed European bakery and market searching for a talented, driven, and detail oriented Proofer and Oven Operator and overall bread baker to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to support a team to fulfill the vision of our high-quality operation.

Hours of Operation Are:

2:30pm-10:30 pm

Reports to: Bakery Manager

The Job

• Contribute to the bread baking team by working all stations specifically shaping, portioning, and baking
• Operations Operate tunnel and/or rack ovens.
• Record products, times, and temperatures.
• Organize flow of product.
• Ability to moderately understand the mechanics of a Tunnel or Rack Oven is preferred.

Food Safety and Quality Assurance:

• Inspect finished product for the best quality.
• Adhere to all standards and safety measures implements by the owner of QA and Food Safety.
• Able to read, write, and understand instructions, warning labels, and postings in English.

Skills, Experience and Education Required

• 2-3 years’ baking experience.
• Previous experience in food production and/or manufacturing.
