Duties of the Front of House Staff include interacting with customers, taking food and drink orders, fulfilling drink orders, scooping ice cream, cleaning/bussing tables and washing dishes as needed. Compensation: $25+ per hour including tip share, increasing quickly with experience. Full time employees receive complimentary ski passes at Winter Park Resort. All employees receive employee discounts at Goodys. We provide a 3% matching retirement plan after 2 years of employment.

What we're looking for: We are seeking kind, fun-loving, hard-working individuals with a desire to have fun while working and to help our customers have fun during their visit. No experience necessary- we will teach you everything you need to know! Barista or bartender experience is a plus.

Please Note: Housing is not provided through our company. New hires will need to find their own housing arrangements in Winter Park/Fraser/Granby (we will of course do anything we can to help new hires find housing).

Who we are: Goodys Mountain Creperie is a slope side counter service restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch, ice cream, crepes, coffee, and drinks. Located at Winter Park Resort, our employees enjoy ample opportunities to hit the mountain (including free ski passes). We operate in a fast-paced, fun environment with a commitment to high quality food and drinks, served by friendly staff in a cozy mountain atmosphere, designed to make everyone feel like a local. Come join our team! We are open in both summer and winter seasons, with seasonal (~6 week) closures October-November and May-June.

Currently hiring: We are currently hiring for part and full time positions. Winter season begins shortly before Thanksgiving and lasts until late April, while summer season begins in mid June and runs through the beginning of October. Great employees are encouraged to continue working with us for multiple seasons!
