ABOUT THE ROL
OurWe are looking for a Bartender who is friendly, organized, has a good memory and can communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of customers. Must be energetic, confident, have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and practice good time management skills. She/He must be able to work quickly, in fast-paced environments and methodically.
RESPONSABILITIES
Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
REQUIREMENTS
Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
Time management skills
Attention to detail and sanitation rules
Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
High school diploma is a plus
