BDC Representative

PAY - $16/HOUR + BONUSES

The BDC Rep, is responsible for making calls/emailing and scheduling appointments for the sales dept.

Kia Downtown LA is seeking a call center BDC Representative to join our team!

The mission of the BDC Representative is to maximize their individual sales performance by generating appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase a new and/or pre-owned vehicle. The goal is to accomplish this while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

BDC Representative Responsibilities:

· Good personal work habits

· Respond to internet inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.

· Generate sales appointments

· Effectively utilize the CRM (Customer Management System) for ongoing follow-up on client inquiries

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

· Car Sales experience preferred

· Basic computer skills

· Background check/Drug test screening

· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
