Seth Wadley Auto Group is looking for full-time Internet BDC Sales Representatives in Paul's Valley, OK to contribute to the sales process. Seeking all-level reps to fill open positions. Qualifications:

• Extremely self-motivated and goal oriented individual with “CAN DO ATTITUDE”

• Possess an up-beat, positive personality who LOVE talking to people

• Willing to get outside comfort zone to stand out

• Ability to multitask in a growing high paced environment

• Professional communication and attire

• Must be able to work a non-standard five day a week schedule with reliable transportation

• Eager to show up early & stay late, as needed, showing passion to learn and improve on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls while responding to internet leads in order to set sales appointments

• Contact customers via multiple lines of communication

• Develop & maintain pipeline and sales opportunities

• Confirm appointments

• Continue long term follow-up on all unsold customers

• Uphold Seth Wadley Company Vision and Culture to meet and exceed goals

No college education required.

Preferred dealership sales experience, but not necessary - will train the right individual(s). Bi-ingual a plus. MUST love working hard, being a team player and most of all making $$$$! Sky is the limit!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month

• Pauls Valley, OK 73075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
