What You’ll Do Every Day
As an INVO Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll spend your days helping amazing children progress toward their goals. You’ll help them learn through play, such as playing games and interacting one-to-one.

To be successful as a Behavior Technician, you’ll need to be fully committed to your training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
Behavior Technician Job Requirements:
- Commitment to a schedule and location for at least six months.
- Must be comfortable with technology – capable of using a tablet to collect and input data
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must meet our criminal and DMV background standards.
- CPR certified or willing to attend CPR course before working with clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred, but not required.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play, including bending and reaching
