Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) is a brand new behavioral and mental health service provider with a unique holistic care approach for children in the PA region! Managed by Administrators with a combined 40+ years of experience in working with infants, toddlers, children and youth with unique abilities.
We are seeking BHT-ABAs to join the KDS team!
Summary
- BHT-ABA is responsible for providing comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
- The BHT-ABA is ultimately responsible for direct delivery of ABA and Group services to children and families, as well as accurate record keeping of case notes.
- The BHT-ABA maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinical Director of ABA Services.
- This is either a part-time/full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule. Occasional weekend work will be mandatory based on client needs.
What will you do as a BHT-ABA with KDS?
- Implement goals designed by BCBA including reinforcement procedures, teaching procedures, behavior reduction procedures, and discrete trial teaching, etc.
- Collect data to demonstrate each client’s progress toward reaching his or her goals!
- Complete session notes.
- Collaborate in clinical team meetings to report client progress and get specific feedback from the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Completion of RBT coursework
- Pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
- Must pass background check upon hire
- Reliable transportation; this position requires up to 100% travel moving between client residences in the Metro area.
