CNB is looking for a Benefits & Payroll Coordinator (Contract) to join our team. The Benefits & Payroll Coordinator will:

  • Serve as the Workforce Management System Administrator (Timesheet keeper). Duties include but not limited to reviewing and auditing that current employees, new hires, employees’ changes are process accurately: (attendance records and PTO requests are processed in the required timeframe, new hires, and PTO balances, supporting employees and managers, reviews PTO balances).
  • Performs and assists the Payroll Manager with all payroll processing functions.
  • Assist and backs up the Benefits Manager and Payroll Manager.
  • Administrator of employee parking/transit programs: Monthly Miami Parking Authority orders, CRA Parking and Transit setup.
  • Benefit duties: Snacks (ensure we refill it daily). Trias Flowers (order flowers for employees who have a loss in a family or a childbirth). Complete Verification of Employment. CIGNA (new hire benefits)
  • Works with employees and managers on benefit and payroll related inquires.
  • Maintains compliance with established thresholds for Regulatory Excellence key risk indicators.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working in benefits/payroll required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook.
  • Requires effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Requires critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
