EDS Service Solutions is a leader in global outsourcing from consultancy to complete turnkey agile operations for business process management. We are expanding due to the company’s tremendous growth and seeking a Billing Specialist to bolster our accounting team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain pertinent billing information for brand-specific clients including hourly or transactional bill rates and client contact information for invoice submission and collection purposes
Prepare weekly invoices and review for accuracy and completeness for submission to clients
Discuss billing questions and irregularities with the operations team on the weekly corporate call.
Work with the accounting and operations team to resolve certain customer issues
Prepare specialized reports for revenue, billing, open invoices, and other ad hoc reports as needed
Manage weekly collections for past due accounts
Assist with other tasks as needed for the payroll, billing, and accounting teams

Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to follow directions.
Ability to interact with employees, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
Detail-oriented and committed to quality work
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
