**Immediate Hire**

*Position is a remote, 3-6 month contract to hire opportunity

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join our team of Billing Specialists. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, enforce company policies and follow detailed guidelines when performing tasks related to debt collection. A successful candidate will have experience in billing and be comfortable interacting with a broad range of people. They will also have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Order fulfilment/shipping/RMAs (Work with 3rd party shipping contact to ensure all shipping is done accurately)
• Approving Add on and Renewal orders, and review contract lines in NetSuite (review contracts as needed to ensure correct quantity and amounts are billed with correct terms)
• Updating serial numbers for hornets in NetSuite and tracking spreadsheet
• Downgrades, update invoices & process credits and refunds as needed, update contract lines in NetSuite (will be trained on later)
• Cancellations, update customer profiles, add notes for cancellation and update contract lines in NetSuite (will be trained on later)
• Additional billing duties as needed
• Answering customer calls and complete billing requests as needed
• Communicate with sales team and account managers to resolve account issues as needed

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in billing
• **Must have NetSuite/ SuiteBilling experience**
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in both inbound/outbound customer service

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
