Position
We seek a full-time Bookkeeper for manufacturing. As an employee in our friendly and professional business environment, you will work with Quick Books Accounting. Primary responsibilities include A/P, A/R, inventory, and GL. Other duties include reconciling accounts, sales tax, credit analysis, payroll, HR, and Benefits M-F, 40 Hours per week.
A Cover Letter is highly recommended.

Requirements

• Professional attitude, trustworthy with a strong work ethic
• Associates Degree 2 year minimum - 4 year degree preferred
• 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience preferably with manufacturing
• High level of organization, attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with Quick Books, Word, Excel, Gmail
• Willing to take a Drug and Credit/Background check
