THE ALL NEW South Shore Kia is growing and we need experienced Bookkeepers.
The perfect candidate will be energetic, will have knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds, and will have work ethic and punctuality. Wages depend on your level of experience and knowledge.
Job requirements:
- Perform Accounting functions
- Knowledge of posting deals for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of schedules and maintenance of the same
- Knowledge of payoffs and check disbursements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for posting deals
- Retail delivery reporting units to manufacturer
- Issuing payoffs
- Responsible for submitting and collecting incentives
- Cleaning schedules
- Maintaining weekly reports
- Assisting office manager in various tasks
Requirements
- Must be energetic, career minded & have great communication skills.
- Strong automotive knowledge and experience preferred. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus.
