We are looking for a Bookkeeping Manager to join our team. If you are someone who likes working in a fast pace environment, solving complex problems, and helping small business owners track and understand the financial side of their business then we have a great opportunity for you!
In this position you will be required to maintain QuickBooks Online bookkeeping accounts regularly. Including accepting transactions through the bank feed, adding assets and liabilities to the balance sheet, adjusting certain payments and deposits for principle and interest payments, tracking and adjusting payroll accounts, etc. You will also be required to assist in the initial set up of clients accounting records as well as payroll accounts. A small amount of work would require adjustments and clean-up of new clients to ensure accuracy moving forward.
This position will require client interaction and helping clients with questions regarding their day to day accounting and bookkeeping operations. The position will begin as part-time with the potential opportunity to grow into full-time.
Creative Advising is a very fast growing CPA firm. We work with our clients throughout the year and help them build their businesses while reducing their tax burdens. We focus on tax strategies and teaching our clients about the tax code. We have a strong focus on real estate and have developed a niche within that market. We have the ability to be a completely virtual tax firm and our employees have the ability to work from anywhere in the world.
