• Coordinates the propane delivery and service schedules with Frenchtown and Victor teammates.
• Resolves any customer sales or operational problems or inquiries. Issues are handled in a manner that enhances customer satisfaction without compromising employee safety.
• Accurately completes and submits all sales & service-related paperwork including service work orders, system safety checks, invoices, month-end reports, inventories, etc. in a timely manner.
• Manages all drivers in accordance with company policies by assisting in hiring, training, motivating, planning, and directing work, providing performance feedback, developing associates, and resolving associate issues.
• Coordinates sales promotion activities and is responsible for maintaining and stocking propane parts inventories, maintains clean and attractive stores and bulk plant yards.
• Works in accordance with all State, Federal, and Company policies, procedures, and rules.
• Evaluates and monitors day-to-day activities of the two branches to ensure cost effective operations and makes changes to ensure the same when required.
• Lead and promote the company safety culture.
• Sell profitable sales growth to new and existing opportunities.
• Other duties as they are assigned.

• Ability to work according to the demands of the job, which include being on call, physical exertion, stress, working in all types of weather, dexterity.
• Must occasionally lift or move up to 80 pounds. Must occasionally lift 50-75 lbs. from floor to waist.
• Frequently required to stand and to walk while pushing / pulling up to 75 lbs.
• Occasionally required to squat, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
• Occasionally shoveling snow and digging trenches.

• Previous management experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HazMat, Tanker, and Air Brakes endorsements
• Intermediate level computer skills.
