Then T-ROC has the opportunity for you, we are hiring Part-Time Virtual Brand Ambassadors focused on supporting the Hisense retail field team.

A Virtual Brand Ambassador is responsible for growing the Hisense brand and driving sales by training retail store personnel, promoting advocacy toward the products, and maintaining both functional and visual merchandising standards.

Here are the details:

This role will be remote (home office space)

• Connect virtually from home office with retail partner stores - You will answer and assist in-store retail personnel, pertaining to Hisense product line
• Respond to inbound calls and provide further information to effectively communicate with the retailer on their needs
• Connect with retail to audit display compliance
• Promote Hisense brand through client approved social media vehicles
• Audit reps for visit compliance
• You will need office space in your home, preferably 25-50 sq ft to accommodate daily task
• This area should be kept neat and tidy
• During Virtual shifts the space needs to be available for video communication - You will answer and assist in store retail personnel, pertaining to Hisense product line
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the longevity of call, working to resolve the needs of the retail account
• Vast knowledge of sales skills, with the ability to determine the needs of the caller
• Problem resolutions, the ability to solve problems without hesitation

Here’s what you need to ROC this role:

• Energetic, positive, and theatrical in your approach to engagement and selling through in the virtual environment
• Experience with sales and/or inbound sales calls
• Strong sense of commitment to reaching daily targets while working independently.
• Loves establishing rapport and building relationships quickly and is comfortable on camera
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Will have set hours every week. Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
• Laptop with camera will be provided
