Job description
Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Breast Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its well-established practice.
Highlights of the Position
- Join a well-established team in the region.
- Work with exceptional Breast Surgery Team lead by Dr. Firdos Ziauddin, MD, FACS.
- 4 days Clinical: 2 days in Sayre/2 days in Big Flats
- 16 patients per day in Clinic, on rare occasions follow up with an in-patient
- Specialty Procedures include all high-risk breast.
- Some Urgent/Walk In care with same day cyst drains.
- 1 day per week at Robert Packer Hospital in the OR
- Great referral base from internal partners.
- Updated operating rooms with DaVinci onsite.
- Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
- Accredited with the Commission on Cancer, a quality program of the American College of Surgeons for more than 80 years and has over 30 active oncology clinical trials.
