This position will function as a member of the BSWE team in the SWX organization at Stellantis. The ideal candidate will be responsible and contributing to the Base Software Development for High Performance Computers and Zone Control Units, which will be running features to support autonomous driving, Infotainment, Instrument cluster, Body domain, etc. The primary duties will include development of base level software layers, integration with functional safety principles, configuring AUTOSAR layers, Integrate middleware stacks. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of modern safety critical electronic control units embedded software development and possess an interest in state-of-the-art automated driving compute platforms and emerging computational technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field

A minimum of 8 years of overall experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading the team as Supervisor or Product Owner or Technical Product Manager

A minimum of 5 years of experience working in embedded software development with C and/or C++

Ability to work collaboratively and technically lead a diverse team which is distributed globally

Possess strong initiative and problem-solving skills, and ability to take ownership and drive the tasks to closure

Good knowledge of Classic AUTOSAR concepts, architecture, and specifications

Experience configuring and integrating AUTOSAR basic software stack

Experience with configuring MCAL, developing I/O Hardware Abstraction and ability to interpret hardware schematic

Experience with Multicore architecture and Functional Safety concepts

Experience with Cybersecurity concepts, configuration of HSM and implementation of message authentication

Experience with Compilers, Emulators, Debuggers, and other software development tools

Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science degree from an ABET accredited university.

A minimum of 10 years of experience working in embedded software development with C and/or C++
