- Works with Study Abroad unit of the International Center in managing accounts for faculty-leaders of study abroad programs.
- Oversees intake of funds as well as payments for accounts.
- Regularly reconcile accounts and communicate with office staff and faculty leader on discrepancies.
- Works on creation and submission of travel expense report when a trip concludes.
- Manages and documents receipts for expense report preparation.
- Closes State Agency accounts.
- Takes lead on Student Faculty-Led interfacing.
- Tracks monthly cash balances
- Must have actual experience working with budgets.
- Must have worked with both intake and disbursement of funds.
- Is equally capable of working with numbers and people.
- Knowledge of Excel
This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University’s policy, this position may also require a credit check.
