Job Description:

Tier 1 Patient Care Coordinators/Budtenders are the front line of the daily operations, and are assigned to posts at the front desk, budtending, or any other area(s) they have been trained for and are needed in. Patient Care Coordinators/Budtenders are expected to have excellent customer service skills, be highly knowledgeable about products sold in the store and their uses, and possess an understanding of all laws and regulations that apply to their job duties.

Duties include but not limited to:

Greeting and assisting customers

Maintaining a clean work environment

Consulting and advising patients on various medical cannabis products

Packaging, labeling, and dispensing of medical cannabis products

Updating online menus

Keeping up-to-date working knowledge on medical cannabis products and Maryland Medical Cannabis regulations

Job Requirements:

Must be 21+

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening. (Positive results will not hinder employment for Maryland Medical Cannabis patients)

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
